We had a very relaxed Father's Day this year. As you can see, Molly relaxed more than the rest of us and had the bed head to prove it!
I love all these cute faces!
Since we live 2.5 miles from the mouth of the Little Cottonwood Canyon, we drove for 5 minutes and found a great hike that we've done a couple of times. It's actually where Mike spent most of his senior year of high school...rock climbing!
Sam totally loved it. He lead us everywhere we went, and was so excited to "make camp!" He was an awesome hiker, which is probably inherited from Mike. But all the other good stuff comes from me. :)
Sam changed his clothes before we left, and he somehow managed to put one of Will's shirts on. I mentioned it and he said, "I don't care." So he hiked in a tiny shirt. Sam and Will are giving a thumbs up because they were loving the hiking so much. Oh, and I carried Molly the whole time. You should see my arms.
We showed the boys some granite that still has drilling marks from when it was quarried for the Salt Lake Temple. How cool is that? An amazing piece of history, just sitting there right next to the trail.
Mike is such an amazing father. The kids don't even know I exist when he's around (which isn't necessarily a bad thing...). I'm so grateful to be married to such an incredible person!!

I agree with you about Mike being incredible, but you are "Becky-home ec-y"! It doesn't get any better than that! And if you need proof, just look at your arms!!
